Hmm...could we have a shotgun wedding on our hands? Jake Owen, 30, just proposed to girlfriend model Lacy Buchanan, 22, last month (he didn't have a ring for her yet) and they wed this weekend at daybreak in Florida. Daybreak! What an unforgiving hour for a bride, but she certainly looks lovely in Amsale. The two met when she starred in his video 8 Second Ride, then began dating after he cast her again for Barefoot Blue Jean Night last Summer. Watch it and their chemistry is pretty obvio.

pet peeve - ball gowns on the beach. She looks gorgeous and that's a beautiful dress but totally out of place on a beach.
I hate ball gowns on the beach too!!!! I think beach weddings call for more simple dresses. She does look super pretty though. And Jake Owen is hot. How can I be cast on a country music video and get married to the singer? Oh and don't tell my boyfriend I'm asking haha!
I love him and think it's super sweet that they got married quickly. He apparently had the ring designed and ready but was "caught up in the moment" and decided to propose on stage, though he didn't have the ring with him.
I have no idea who either of these lovely people are but she looks so pretty. The dress might be a bit much but my guess is homegirl might have thought she would have had a bigger wedding when she chose the dress. I like impulsive love, I hope it lasts :)
I had lots of moments when I started to think I should have just grabbed my husband and ran away somewhere to get married on the beach. I'm happy we did what we did but I totally see why people do this, so quickly and without warning :)
