Hilary Duff shared a photo of her son Luca, two weeks old. She got back to working out on Saturday with 20 minutes on the elliptical which she said were brutal, and today she headed to her ritual pilates class. She's showing up Alba as fastest back in the gym I think!
Kim Kardashian loaded up on some Wendy's at the airport before flying home from a trip to the Dominican Republic with her sisters. Today she was back in the gym punishing herself. I know I'm preaching fringe, but that bag is FUG CENTRAL, even if it is Chanel. Maybe that is why is it relegated to gym bag status?
Tiny Miley Cyrus takes her puppy out for some exercise near her home in the Valley. I finally made it back to the gym this morning. Not being cold, rainy, and cloudy out is slightly more motivating, but I really wish I would learn to love it like most people.

BAG = UGLY, BABY = AMAZINGLY CUTE!!! ZOMG DYING OVER HERE... and the bottom line with the gym is that working out is something you have to have become a habit, to be second nature and something you don't dread. I've read it takes 6 weeks of working out on a schedule to start feeling that way...
I made it through 4 weeks recently and felt amazing but then got lazy... my key is to be making it to 6 weeks to test this theory... wish me luck!!! :)

Do people really love the gym? Hillary must be cray. My ass will be laid up in bed for a while after I push a baby friend out.

keep with the gym, it takes time but eventually it does grow on you I promise!!!
P.S. What is happening with Miley? She went from kinda trashy to...dare I say it...kinda cute. The world must be coming to an end ;-)
