DON's Deal: One Fine Christmas

Hey lovies! Hope you are enjoying the dwindling days of 2011. We had one of the best Christmases ever with our family and neighbors. We saw two musicals, How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Bring It On, tested out some new big winning recipes, Jalapeno Popper Dip and Parker House Rolls, and today I get to meet a sweet new baby and see my HS crew.

I spent the most time with a present my mom received: all new hangers. You guys know me; this devolved into a trip to Target and a complete overhaul of her closet for 5 hours. She rewarded me with a gift certificate of doggie daycare, like I need a present for organizing a closet. Man, I am a huge nerd!

Our favorite gifts were a huge surprise: our new paddle boards! We debated how badly we'd get hurt testing them in the swimming pool and decided we will be patient and wait for a larger body of water.

So we are packing up the Mariah Carey Christmas CD after about a million rotations, pushing our livers a little too far for a few more days, and I'll be heading back to LA with a pup later this week. I got more hangers too, so you know where I'll be hiding out. Have a happy one!
