Hilary Duff has been working out a lot lately and has figured out the baby bump poncho connection. Her cute little Micheal Lauren poncho is under $100.
Ashley Tisdale met up with Hilary and her sister Haylie for some shopping near their homes. Ashley is also all about her fitness. I guess it is her job, but I wish I had that dedication! I hope Ashley is able to grow her career - at last look she is still voicing her Disney cartoon and has an upcoming holiday special...and that's about it.
Jennifer Aniston has been wearing some weird outfits lately, but this D&G suit is a winner. KCav pulled off some stellar color blocking at Katsuya last night following her DTWS performance.
Kate Bosworth seems really happy with her new man. I kind of wonder if she has any girlfriends since she has been constantly in the company of a boyfriend for the past 5 years. Do we ever see her with friends? Oh, look what I found! A photo of Kourtney Kardashian back in something cute! Her little dress is Finders Keepers and those shoes are Penelope & Coco. I'm not normally a fan of lace-ups, but these I really like!
In other news, I had a mini-panic attack at the dentist last night. I've never been scared of the dentist, but from what I understand often panic attacks don't have to do with your situation so much as the stress you are under. My dentist noticed it coming on before I did. She quietly stopped working, held my hand, and started saying, "It's ok, breathe." at which point I started completely hyperventilating and took a few minutes to settle down. She said she could see me shaking and my breathing was getting shallow before it hit.
A close friend of mine gets these regularly and I never understood the wave of panic that inexplicably comes over you until I felt it. Whoo! That was scary. Do you guys have panic attacks? I really hope this was a one time event!

Ugh, panic attacks are a part of my daily life. I had my first one in the sixth grade in the lobby of the movie theater when I was going to see Wayne's World with my sister. I ended up in the ER! And I have yet to see the movie Wayne's World. Though I did go as Garth for Halloween one year.
The panic attacks have never really gone away; I think I just learned how to calm myself down when I have one.
Oh no! I hate to hear you had a panic attack.
People have no idea how scary it can be to have that overwhelming since of panic and anxiety take over. I can feel your pain!
Hopefully it was a one time thing.
boo to panic attacks!
Can we talk about KCav's legs...where can I find some like that?!
I hope your panic attack was a one-time thing and you get some stress relief soon.
you know me! i have them a lot ... they suck and are so debilitating.
Oh my gosh! I had my first panic attack at the dentist too! This was last year. I just felt WEIRD and then I started profusely sweating and my heart was beating really fast. So wild.
poor sweetheart. i really hope the stress youre under settles out and that youre okay. xx
So sorry you had a panic attack at the Dentist! I recently passed out while helping deliver a baby (!!!) in June and have been experiencing them since then. What I've learned from experience (and my dr.) is that panic attacks/anxiety come and go with no rhyme or reason; anxiety is an elusive mother f****r!
Panic attacks are THE WORST. I had a really bad one about 7 years ago (which was also the first one) and it was when I was driving home, I was literally about 30 minutes from home (after 5 1/2 hours on the road), I had no stress and everything was going just fine. But I started having trouble breathing and my hands went numb and tingly. I thought I was having a stroke, so I pulled over until it sort of passed. As luck would have it my BFF who is a doctor picked that time to call me and she gave me a quick diagnosis as a panic attack. Scared the crap out of me. You are right you just have to calm yourself down and breathe to help control them or ease them. It's hard to explain to someone who's never had one how terrifying and upsetting they are.
ugh i HATE panic attacks! i used to have them daily a few years ago after a series of deaths in the family, but after years of meditation (ok who am i kidding, and meds!) i am finally MUCH better and only get them once in a while in uncomfortable situations. totally feel your pain tho!!
I had my first panic attack sitting in the theatre watching Jimmy Neutron... I seriously thought I was dying! obvs I had never heard of a panic attack so I was clueless, my uncle is a doctor and very religious -he was like there is medicine but you should just pray! LOL! Once I was told I was not dying (haha) I have learned to deal with it, I can usually tell when one is coming on and it doesn't happen too often maybe once a year.
I always get them at the dentist! They caught on and started giving me vallium before hand (helps a lot!) The dentist can be straight up scary!
i hope ashley tisdale get huge too, maybe she can take the limelight off the dumb kardashians??
Can I please put Kourt in my pocket and take her home with me?
Yes, I have panic attacks before seeing boys I like when I haven't seen them in a long time. My heart starts racing and I can't breathe and I feel like I'm going to pass out. It's awful. That's why it's best always to chug wine beforehand.
