Blake Lively in Paris

Alright, so this isn't quite the fashion icon we have been raving about, but a girl has a right for some icognito trug-style shopping, even in Paris (I suppose).  Blake Lively jetted over for some shopping and holiday business, but not before having a private baking party with the fabulous Bakerella.  I have not mastered her adorable cake pops yet, but I will try again soon.

Please note that Blake likes to have her mouth open just as much when she is happy as when she is being serious on Gossip Girl.  She really looks like a little girl when she laughs like that.  Anyway, the party looks like it was fun and you can read all about it over on Bakerella's site.

In the Navy: Zoe and Sofia

Zoe Saldana and Sofia Vergara (say that three times fast!) looked gorgeous in navy at the Children’s Defense Fund’s 20h Annual Beat the Odds Awards in Bev Hills last night.  Not sure who made Zoe's dress, but she's wearing the oh-so-popular Brian Atwood Maniac pumps.  She's getting some flack for this dress, but I say wear it while your boobies are still kind to choices like this. Curvy mama Sofia wears a Paule Ka dress and YSL heels that suite her perfectly.  Couldn't you see Catherine Zeta Jones rocking this look?  The ladies remind me of each other, although Sofia dresses more youthfully for the most part.

Olivia Palermo in Germany

Olivia Palermo took her handsome boyfriend Johannes Huebl to the launch party for Thomas Sabo's Sterling Silver collection.  Held at the SoHo house in Germany, she wore all Top Shop and Charlotte Olympia heels. She is so dang thin, I bet a rough breeze knocks her over.

Kardashian Catch Up in LA

Is it possible to spend too much time with your sisters?  I know my sister would say "YES".  The Kardashian girls have been promoting all over Los Angeles this week.  After catching up with Mario Lopez for a tv segment filmed at the Grove, the girls had an interview with Conan O'Brian. 

Now I will digress and ask who has seen Mario's show?  It makes me uncomfortable every time a happen upon a new episode. And from here I'll segway into an annoucement: I am officially addicted to celebreality tv. I will watch pretty much anything even slightly celeb related, even though I usually spend a portion of it with my jaw on the floor or yelling "EW, you are FREAKING GROSS!" at my tv.  The first step is admitting your problem, right?

 Kourtney looks so scary here!  But I think I finally figured out why I (used to) identify with her style the most - she wears a-line skirts while her sisters are always in pencil skirts or tight minis.  I live for a-lines!

Which Celeb Couple is More Bizarre?

Because I really can't decide. Jake Gyllenhaal, 29, went for coffee with rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift, 20, in Nashville. Rachel McAdams, 32, planted a big smooch on boyfriend Michael Sheen, 41, at LAX before he caught a flight out.

Sarah Jessica Parker for Elle

Another flawless photo shoot for Sarah Jessica Parker. With both creative and executive roles for Halston, SJP is poised for great new things.  Of the big job, she said, "Please know this now: I will never do this for a title. I will never dip in and out of this. I'll do it like everything else I've ever done. I'll be involved down to the splitting of the atom."

Running Errands with Reese, Dianna, Emma, NicRic

Maybe, possibly, the best Kirsten Dunst has ever looked was at the premiere of All Good Things last night.  Flawless hair and makeup, a black lace Valentino dress and Nicholas Kirkwood heels that is just so her on a good day.  When asked how she felt about her ex-boyfriend dating Taylor Swift, she yelled, "NEXT!" Haha, love you Kiks!  Hilary Duff signed copies of her novel in Glendale where proceeds went to support World AIDS Day.

 Christina Hendricks looked pretty per usual at a Johnnie Walker event at the SoHo House in New York.  She does such a great job of flattering and showing off her perfectly curvy size 10 figure; that dress is just perfect for the holiday season.  Speaking of showing off figures, Katy Perry's dress looks to be about painted on her skin as she announced the Grammy nominees in a gold Georges Chakra dress with Brian Atwood Maniac heels.

 The Kardashian sisters had a book signing for their style guide in New York.  Kim looks completely plastic now, doesn't she?  It must take forever to paint her face up like that.

 New mom Alicia Keys has been watching a little too much Cry Baby for hair inspiration, but looked otherwise pretty impressive at the premiere of Biutiful.  She gave birth a mere 6 weeks ago to daughter Egypt.  Lindsay Lohan continues to do well in her sobriety program, where she has reportedly reunited with her Dad and reconnected as friends with her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Reese Witherspoon Gets Her Star

Reese Witherspoon, accompanied by her children Ava and Deacon and her boyfriend Jim Toth, celebrated her very own star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Her polka dot Dolce and Gabbana dress accented with Jimmy Choo Quiet peep-toe pumps remind me of her character in Sweet Home Alabama.

Blake Lively and Jessica Alba were on hand to toast Christian Louboutin as he received the
Person of the Year Award at the Footwear News Achievent gala.  Blake paired a Prabal Gurung dress with Louboutin sheer glitter ankle boots, while Jessica Alba picked up on the suddenly everywhere menswear trend in a Dolce & Gabbana suit with sexy studded Loub Pigalle studded pumps and a Loub Loulou clutch.  The talented Brian Atwood received the Designer of the Year Award, while Ivanka Trump was credited with Launch of the Year Award.  Olivia Palermo supported one her favorite designers by wearing Charlotte Olympia Minerva suede booties.

Uber Fierceness at the Black Swan Premiere

Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis are driving plenty of attention for their film The Black Swan simply by making every red carpet they walk look better than the last.  Natalie was totally glamorous in a Christian Dior Resort 2011 with the pretty odd Olympia Le-Tan Lolita book clutch.  This black, flowing dress is just screams prima ballerina for the film premiere, no?

 And then there is Mila.  Her Elie Saab Spring 2011 gown is super fem and pretty, plus she is wearing the most coveted shoes of the season, the Maggie Loubs.  (I die for them in black, but these are gorgeous too.)  Who ever she is working with now as a stylist is really elevating her look.

 Oh, Winona.  It's nice that you aren't really trying to compete with your fellow co-stars, but this is just no good.  She also needs to pick up Ginnifer Goodwin on her way to the red carpet posing class where lesson #1 is you are not a deer in headlights, even if it feels that way.  Note of caution for those planning to see this film: there is lots of inappropriate self-touching in the film so probably not the best choice for a night out with your parental units.

Jessica Simpson Wears it Right

When Jessica Simpson wins a "who styled it better" contest, I have lost nearly all faith in Kourtney Kardashian.  I actually like this Alice & Olivia coat now that it's not involved in an outfit from the Island of Dr. Moreau.
