More Kate Beckinsale Perfection at Cannes

I die!  Kate Beckinsale is a goddess.  Simply stunning in Gucci, who dressed most of the stars yesterday.

Where was she looking so amazeballs?  Why at the Cannes premiere of Wall Street 2.  Here's the cast.  Carey Mulligan stays true to her quirky, playful taste with this elegant Azzaro dress.  I also loved the dress she wore to the photocall earlier.  I have a number of purple belted cocktail dresses that are similiar so this one should come live in my closet with her cousins.

Salma Hayek always looks good in red, and here she's wearing a Guccil. Camilla Belle looks pretty in another Gucci, but a little too matronly in the makeup/hair department.  What is she even doing at Cannes?

Also present were Diane Lane (not sure who made her dress?) and Naomi Campbell in Givenchy.  I don't like either of these.

Eva Longoria Walks On Water!

I kid of course!  She did an appearance on Grand Journal TV show while in Cannes in an impossible tiny dress. The glass stairs in front of the ocean makes for a fun party trick though! Of course she's wearing Emilio Pucci and those YSL Trib Two she's been wearing ever since arriving in Cannes.

Claire Danes for Latisse

Claire Danes is taking over for Brooke Shields as the spokeswoman for Latisse.  She spent time filming a commercial for the product yesterday afternoon.

Birthday Shout Out: My Sis Jennie

Happy birthday to my sister, PHizzle.  Here she is enjoying her day at the office.

A few fun facts about my sister:

She barely spoke as a child.  She would speak cryptic words, which I would explain the meaning of to my parents.  People are still a little weirded out by how we communicate almost telepathically.

But she always sings when she is happy.  As a child, she sang "Kokomo" on the chair lift a lot.

We have an amazing choreographed pool ballet that has been a hit for decades.

She has enough hair for at least 3 people. It's very curly naturally and she can rock a wicked afro.

We were never angels, except in Christmas pageants. I was the dramatic one, who got in trouble all the time for running my mouth.  She quietly did whatever she wanted. This leads to the fact that she is much smarter than me.

She's gone dark with her hair again! Do you prefer it like this?  I think I like it lighter.

Young Hollywood Awards

Wow, what a dud the Young Hollywood Awards were this year!  Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas, Cheryl Burke, Chad Ochocinco, Monique Coleman, Nikki Blonsky, Nikki Reed, Karissa and Kristina Shannon were the celebs in attendance. Snoozefest!

Celebs Bumming Around LA

Ashley Tisdale does one of her three favorite activities: shopping!  I'm sure next on her to do list is ice cream walks with the bf.  Sarah Michelle Gellar did some shopping alone looking kind of sad.  I haven't seen her and Freddie together in so long!  Rachel Bilson shopped in Hollywood, while Christina Ricci and her boyfriend dropped by Armani Exchange in Beverly Hills.  Mike Comrie treated his fiance, Hilary Duff, and her older sister, Haylie, to dinner at BOA Steakhouse last night.  Heidi Klum is always adorable, although this is definitely not my favorite hairstyle of hers. Ashley Greene and Paris Hilton both caught up with friends on the phone following some retail therapy.  Ugh, Paris, get yourself a makeover already!  I'm sick of this!

Ugh, I have to go workout now and since I'm feeling particularly unmotivated, here are some celebs who got their fitness on yesterday.  Jessica Stroup did some hiking in Runyon Canyon wearing basically a diaper which is cool because her legs deserve some attention. (Remember this during torturous leg lifts in 30 minutes.)  Her boyfriend, Dustin Milligan, rewarded her efforts with takeout and makeouts. 

Katy Perry and Kristin Cavallari both spent time with their personal trainers.  ScarJo tried to stay incognito as she left her West Hollywood gym.  As her Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau said, "She's a cartoon character. She's basically Jessica Rabbit."  Must remember her impossible curves from that movie. Ugggghhh, I'm going, I'm going.

Ray Bans Relaunch with Bosworth, Sevigny, and Osbourne

Black was the dress code for the ultra cool Ray Ban aviator relaunch party in New York.  For those who are new here, I'm a major Ray Ban fan and collector (in fact, I have my Wayfarer Subway Maps on my head right now), so I was excited to hear about some new styles.  So were Kelly Osbourne, Kate Bosworth, Juliette Lewis, Chloe Sevigny, and model Agyness Deyn.
