Kourtney Kardashian Hair Post

Megan, who writes an amazing fashion blog, asked about Kourtney's amazing hair so I thought I'd do a little blog about it because don't we all kind of wonder how she does it?  Kourtney has said that she is pretty low-maintenance when it comes to her down time.  She almost always lets her hair air dry, as she is doing in the photo below from today as she heads into her Dash store in Calabasas, unless she is prepping for an event. The majority of her hair products are Frederic Fekkai, using their glossing shampoo and conditioner for every day use.  When she has an event, she uses their full volume shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and their glossing cream. Her hairspray is TextureLine Texture Spray Hold Firm by L'Oreal and she does a weekly hair mask, K-PAK by Joico.

FYI, she frequently wears extensions because, while she has a lot of hair, it is very fine.  So don't kick yourself for not naturally having a mane like hers!  For more Kourtney pics, click here.

Salma Hayek at the Green Auction

Salma Hayek wore a chic black top and tulip skirt to provide a low-key backdrop for her dramatic Balenciaga boots.  I dunno, kind of looks like the air cast I was in for 4 months last summer. Man, that sucked!  The event was Christie’s Green Auction: A Bid to Save the Earth and Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes were also in attendance.

Jessica Alba in NYC MegaPost

I  just love Jessica Alba's hair right now!  She is on my top 5 of prettiest actresses (I use that term loosely, homegirl can barely act) and I think she has a fun fashion sense.  Would I wear her clothes?  Maybe like 1 out of every 4 outfits.  I'm just not that daring, you know.  Who's style do you admire?

US Hot Hollywood Party

Another random crowd for US magazine's Hot Hollywood party held at the uber hot Drai's in Los Angeles last night.  Boy was there a lot of color walking in!  The pinks have it for most popular color, with Jennifer Lopez starting it off in a Chantilly lace Georges Chakra Couture dress. Others who opted for pink were Nikki Reed in Jay Godfrey, Audrina Patridge, Nicole Scherzinger, Lisa Rinna, and Katharine McPhee in Stella McCartney. 

Leah Remini and Sofia Vargara both chose to represent black in Dolce & Gabbana.  Kelly Osbourne showed some fierce curves in black, while Nicky and Paris Hilton chose coordinating looks.  Bringing in the blues, we have Stephanie Pratt in Jen Awad, Allyson Hannigan, and Rachael Leigh Cook.  For the reds, it was Anna Kendrick, Sheryl Crow, Aubrey O'Day and Molly Sims in Zac Posen.  And Ciara went bold with a very sexy Versace yellow mini dress.

Hmm, I think my best dressed goes to Molly Sims, but probably more because I want to wear that outfit than because she looks the best.

Jeans and Jorts, Like PB and J

What's your flavor?  We've got all kinds of jeans and jorts to choose from today!  SJP begins promotion for SATC 2 in NYC. Audrina Patridge just returned home from a trip to Cabo with on again boyfriend, Ryan Cabrera, and did some shopping in Beverly Hills.  Hilary Duff gets some shopping in with her sister, Haylie, while Emily Blunt and Nicky Hilton each does the same solo.  Anna Paquin and her fiance Stephen Moyer grab a bite to eat in Venice, while Sophie Monk does the same in West Hollywood.

Mommy and Me: NicRic Sparrow Harlow

Nicole Richie has been busy in Los Angeles.  She's had more traffic school, a pre-Earth day event (check out her engagement ring!), and has been shuttling Harlow to her beloved ballet classes.  My friend just ordered a pair of her shoes and I'm excited to see what the quality is like in person.

Stripe it Up: Duff, Longoria, Barton

Army green isn't the only soldier-inspired trend; sailor stripes are hot right now!  Check out Hilary Duff, Eva Longoria, and Mischa Barton sporting their stripes in Los Angeles this week.

Gisele Bundchen Just Rocks

IMO, Gisele Bundchen is the definition of a SUPERmodel.  She takes the most amazing photographs and this spread for Korean Vogue blew me away.  Entitled "Call of Duty", the shoot focused on the current military trend, featuring pieces from Jean Paul Gaultier, Balmain, Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs, Burberry and American Apparel.  More photos after the jump, including a candid from her at Milk Studios yesterday. Still On: Zac and Vanessa

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are one of my favorite celebrity couples.  The pair attended the Family Housing Gala, which raised money in support of families transitioning out of homelessness.  Not a fan of her dress though, looks kinda cheap IMO.

Heidi and JLo Premiere the Back-Up Plan

Jennifer Lopez kind of disappointed me last night after such a fantastic week of dresses.  She wore a Gianfranco Ferré that looks a little tight, paired with a Christian Louboutin clutch and Ferragamo heels. That hair is totally not working for me either.  Meanwhile, Heidi Klum chose to support a Project Runway designer, wearing Emilio Sosa's challenge winning dress with some pretty little Loubs Zigounette 140s.  I honestly think the Loub line just keeps getting better and better and, oh dear, what did I just receive?  See below for ultimate shopping temptation.

Mommy and Me: Kourtney and Mason

Kourtney Kardashian in back home in Los Angeles after wrapping season 2 of her show.  She was photographed heading to a friend's home in Beverly Hills with son, Mason.  We haven't seen her with Scott at all recently.  Think they split or it's a publicity stunt?
