Jessica Simpson, 30, announced her engagement to boyfriend Eric Johnson. Eric finalized his divorce one month ago and the couple have been dating for six month. Their engagement announcement comes a week after her ex-husband proposed to girlfriend of five years, Vanessa Minnillo. This reeks of publicity and poor decisions, but here's hoping they work out. She wore her ruby, diamond, and yellow gold engagement ring to a Dillard's event in Kansas today.

jess needs a makeover. every time i see pics of her she looks exactly the same. i think her hair is too blonde or too long or both. she needs to do something with those giant knockers. and i don't know. she just needs some help.

Oh, come on, guys! Eric proposed to her, not the other way around. My parents only dated for four months before they eloped, and they were married for 40 years. Let the girl be happy for five minutes. Congratulations to Jessica!!
That ring just doesn't look like her at all. It's just odd timing for the announcement. They should have waited for a few weeks.
OK so he needed some attention & with his new show & new album coming out he popped the question. Interesting... lol Nick ain't so innocent folks. Who's to say he didn't hear Jess was getting engaged so he jumped the gun? Either way lets be happy for all 4 people.
