Celebrating their engagement and their birthdays (her 30th, his 37th), Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey landed in Cabo. Seeing Nick with that tequila shot is just a little too soon after my past week in Cancun. I landed in SF last night and am hitting the road back to LA shortly.
Meanwhile, his ex Jessica Simpson traveled to Texas with her boyfriend Eric Johnson to catch a Mavericks game.
