Don't you just love that Monday night Nicole Richie was at the most chic event, the Met Gala in New York, and Tuesday night she's back in LA at a JCPenny cocktail party? Talk about mixing highs and lows! She was there to support her good friend Charlotte Ronson, who's line I (heart) Ranson is available at the retailer. Also in attendance were Shanae Grimes (another rare winner of an outfit!), Jessica Lowndes, Nicky Hilton, Nikki Reed, Brittany Snow, Stephanie Pratt, and Marisa Miller. Mischa Barton also snuck in later. Again, definitely not the worst thing I've seen her in. (How disappointing.)
