Mischa Moment

Is she trying to visually offend us?  This was Mischa Barton's Easter outfit.  She wore it to grab coffee and visit with friends.  And, obviously, to simultaneously upset and entertain me.

i'm not sure how i feel about sharing a clothing item with mischa. (i have those shoes). at least i don't wear high waist, yellow skinnies. and at least she passed on terrible leg shortening gladiator sandals.
