Kate Hudson stole the show IMO in her sequined shift with a train and shimmering peeptoes. Her mom Goldie Hawn was her red carpet date, now that she is once again living single. Really, all the stars of Nine looked fab, including Fergie, Marion Cotillard (esp her), Nicole Kidman, and Mothface. Also present and dressed were Naomi Watts, Tobey Maguire and his wife, Madonna and the fab Lourdes, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Emmanuelle Chriqui.

Newly single Kate Hudson spent last night hanging out with her parents, the eternally fabulous Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell in New York. The trio dined at Strada 57 and the Four Seasons hotel for drinks. I had a very memorable dinner at the Four Seasons with my family where an older couple sent over a round of drinks for the table because they said we looked like such a happy family and it was nice to see. That memory always stuck with me that even people around us could see what a strong bond we have and how lucky we are. I hope when I'm rich and old I will be able to do that for others!
