Ashley Tisdale stopped by the new home she's building to check on construction and show her dad around. Another new addition is her brand new tattoo. She left an LA tattoo parlor with a bandage over her left shoulder and her mom and boyfriend by her side. No tweets from the Tiz as to what the new ink is just yet.
