Stephanie Pratt Goes Boogie Boarding

Looks like Stephanie Pratt landed herself some strong representation (perhaps the team that increased Audrina's celeb power)? The girl who has been a virtual nobody on the past few seasons of The Hills emerged recently with a new nose, slimmer, toned physique, a new, much improved wardrobe, and paparazzi magically caring about her every move. All this seemed a well-timed campaign, launching with her US Weekly cover story. So here she is again "boogie boarding" (in full make-up and barely getting wet - aka photog opportunity) in San Diego yesterday.
