Mischa Barton spent time sunbathing on Tuesday, the day before her meltdown. She's barely recognizable due to a really puffy face. At first I'm thinking, "Booze? Bulimia? What could it be?" Then a little digging leads to me the fact that she recently had dental surgery so that's probably the cause.

These are awful! Poor thing. She's struggling in ways none of us can imagine..well I can actually..but you post a pic of her cellulite-ridden behind. Real nice.

i feel for her! (for a change) she had the surgery done like 6 weeks ago and its not going down, mine took 6 months or so to get me back to my jawline! i had bruises coming out after my surgery 6 weeks after too, i looked like i was being continually beaten by a bad bf. customers kept coming upto me and stroking my arm and asking if i was ok!
