File this under "Only in Malibu"! Last night stars came out for the opening of The Malibu Lumber Yard, which of course is not a Lumber Yard, but a mall where a lumber yard used to be. Seriously, a premiere party for a mall. Matthew McConaughey and his girlfriend Camila, were a stunning couple as his foundation J.K. Livin co-sponsored the event along with Malibu Boys and Girls Club. His foundation is committed to providing kids with healthy alternatives and promotes an active lifestyle. Back to the shopping! This mall will provide Malibu with what it desparately needs, some legit shopping! Maxfield, Tory Burch, Intermix, Kitson Men, James Perce, alice + olivia, J.Crew, Planet Blue Kids, Theory, and restaurants like Rande Gerber's Café Habana wake up the sleepy beach community and are sure to drive some more traffic up the PCH.
