Whitney Port continues to care very little how she looks. At LAX yesterday, she wore a backless shirt, pink granny spectacles, seafoam green nail polish, and a neon pink tote. What's going on here?

Ouch. I may be wrong, but I thought the point of having a backless shirt was to be...backless. Not wearing a bra. And not wearing a jacket either! Just put a tee on! :)
