It's seriously confusing, but basically all the New Jersey Housewives are somehow related or best friends. This is new for the show that tends to bring together women who know of each other, but are not all interconnected. From left to right, they are Jacqueline Laurita, Teresa Giudice, Danielle Staub, Dina Manzo, and Caroline Manzo. Dina and Caroline are sisters and they are married to a pair of brothers. Dina and Caroline have a brother, who is married to another Housewife named Jacqueline. And it sounds like everybody is on the show because of these two women.
