Jodie Sweetin, 26, filed papers for legal separation from her second husband, Cody Herpin, 31, in Orange County on Wednesday. The two married in 2007 after he helped her kick her meth addiction. They had been shopping around a reality show based on their lives, but it seems there was a change in plans. According to Herpin, Jodie took their 7-month-old daughter and ran, stating, "I was dumbfounded. Over this past month something has been different. I'm concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home. In her own words, 'how rude!'" (just kidding on that last part). Jodie's rep insists that the actress is not using drugs and that their daughter is in safe hands.
