It's a newly built Spanish villa with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a huge gourmet chef's kitchen, and an entertainer's patio with built in BBQ and refrigerator. Of the new digs, Audrina said, "It's amazing. I love it. So beautiful. I love the house. I saw it, and I fell in love with it."
