Lohan Fued Wages On

Michael Lohan's father passed away and he stated, "Lindsay did reach out to me. She sent me a message this morning. She said, 'Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too.' My son Michael called and he was wonderful. He's coming home to be with me for a fews days. I spoke to Ali and Cody, too. I'm hoping they will come to the wake. I asked her if she's going to be at the wake, but it sounds like Dina is discouraging her from going. She's deterring her from going to the wake, to the funeral. I said, 'It's only right that you go.' But Dina hasn't called, absolutely not. She's too busy out having fun in the Hamptons."

Lindsay's response?

just going to put it out there, i have had no contact with my father. and i hope he uses this time to keep mourn[ing] the loss of his father, rather than taking the time to talk to the media about me or anyone in my life. better he just keeps his mouth shut.

1. My doctor says I am right on target with my weight gain

2. Have not been to Planet Blue in at least two years

3. Love my maternity jeans ..they have stretchy tops it is awesome!

4. My closet full of size 0 are being worn by Pete right now and he looks hot in them :)

So now that I have cleared that up let me tell you...carrying a child is the most inspiring, emotional, amazing experience of my life. My weight and my pant size are the absolute last thing I am concerned about. I am only concerned with having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. People who talk and judge pregnant women's weight need to get a life!!!

Their daughter isn't even a year old and their engagment was called off six weeks ago, but Salma Hayek's ex-fiancé French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault has been seen all over town with French equestrian champion Virginie Couperie. The two were photographed partying on his yacht and dining together in Tuscany. Ouch!

Rehab: David Duchovny

David Duchovny has entered rehab for his sex addiction, his lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, announced. David's statement reads, "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family." David has been married to Tea Leoni for 11 years.

I feel like stars are really trying to get creative with rehab. I mean, if it's so private, why is he announcing this? It's not like the photogs tail him all day long. Anyway, hope he gets some help.

Jessica Simpson channeled her hero Dolly Parton while performing at the Niagara Falls Fallsview Casino last night. Seriously, her take on country-style looks like a costume off of a singing animal at Splash Mountain.



This week she graces the cover of People magazine and talks about her relationship with Tony Romo. She said, "I just told him today, 'You're the love of my life.' I don't really ever say that to anybody." (Um, doesn't "love of my life" imply there is only one?)



She also admits that she co-wrote "You're My Sunday" about her new boyfriend and that, to show her committment to him, cut off all contact with former flames, saying, "I don't want anybody that's been in my life [before] in my life anymore. I don't even want them to have any way of contacting me."

Claire Danes, Hugh Dancy, Liz Hurley, and Arun Nayar attended the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor at the Venice Film Festival. WTF is Claire wearing?

Where in the World is LiLo?

On the set, once again, of Ugly Betty in New York. Lindsay has spoken out about the laughable words of her father, who said in an interview that Samantha Ronson was using LiLo to write a tell-all book. First of all, I think everybody in Lindsay life is using her. That girl is completely fragile and desperate for somebody to love her with promise of fame and fortune. Secondly, as for her father, pot-kettle-black. Lindsay's response on her MySpace read, ""He has become a public embarrassment and a bully – to my family, my co-workers, my friends and a girl that means the world to me." Reporters on the Ugly Betty set said she stated, "He’s out of control. I want him to stop hurting and talking to the media about the people I love."

SamRon spoke out as well, saying "I am not the reason that he has no contact with his daughter – he is. [He is] so desperate for attention that he goes to the media whenever possible."

Michael has responded to their comments saying, "Who's out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break. Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins...She's gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who's out of control? I go to church. I go and help people in rehab. That's control. How can she say I'm out of control? I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay...Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life. That's what Dina told me. I'm reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy. Dina's a two-face. She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay's good side instead of being a good parent. I don't give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she's going to turn around to me and tell me, 'Daddy, you were right.'"

The Hills Goes to Mexico

LG, who featured LC and Brody in their cell phone commercial, paid for a 25th birthday party for Brody at a 7 bedroom private mansion in Cabo over the weekend. Attending the event were Audrina, Frankie, and Doug. Audrina and LC apparently shared the master bedroom. On site sources say they arrived last Thursday and, "They went bananas. They partied until about 3 a.m.—cocktails, birthday cake, in and out of the pool. Friday night was crazier—they were up until 8 a.m., beer and margaritas all night."

I was out this afternoon scouting party locations and we checked out S Bar, Hyde, Foxtail, and the roof lounge at the London. On the way, my boss wanted to see where LC and Audrina film, so we went by. Unfortunately, no sign of them. Maybe they are still in Mexico?
