Gossip Girl Takes the Hamptons
Blake Lively, Chace Crawford, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, and Ed Westwick prepare for a scene in the Hamptons for season 2 of Gossip Girl. No sign of Taylor Momsen. Word is that they are prepping for a spin-off series for her character Jenny Humphrey who, in the novel series, goes off to boarding school and reinvents herself as the queen bee.

You Know You Love Me
At the recommendation of DON readers, I've downloaded the first season of Gossip Girl to my iPod to entertain me with all my summer traveling. I'm about halfway through the season and expect to finish on my flight home from Minneapolis on Sunday) and I'm loving it. My favorite character by far is Blaire. She's fabulous and I want everything she owns (I'm sure that surprises none of you.)
Co-stars Blake Lively, 20, and Penn Badgley, 21, had dinner at Tortilla Flats in New York last night. Following dinner, they grabbed some coffee at Starbucks. Sounds like a pretty authentic Dan and Serena date.

David Beckham premiered his new ad campaign for Emporio Armani underwear in San Francisco yesterday. He'll rep the brand for the next three years for a fee of $20 million per year, plus royalties. Now that's a body that pays for itself.

Poor Anne Hathaway. She has a big summer movie to promote while dealing with splitting from her boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri. She smiled up at me from two magazine covers as I picked up my mail yesterday, but she's admitted that she's feeling "somber" as of late. Her boyfriend was constantly in the press for questionable business deals and it was probably in her best interest to disassociate herself from him.

Lauren has been busy these past few days! She had a meeting with Fine Line Inc. and left with samples in hand. Following her a.m. meeting, she met up with friends for lunch at Toast. That night, she hit up an event at the Fashion Insitute before partying with her roomies at Kumo. Look at her changing clothes all day long for the paparazzi like a pro! Brings a tear to my eye.

Stork Delivery: Jamie Lynn Spears
Yes! Another generation of Spears girls has begun. Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann this morning in Mississippi. Her family (even Brit Brit) and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, 19, were present at the hospital.

Posh Portfolio
Victoria Beckham looked as fabulous as ever while shopping at an outdoor market in Hollywood yesterday. Her husband returned home after playing SF to spend his first Father's Day in the US. While I was home over the weekend, I found all these super old magazines in my room (a People with Jennifer Aniston claiming she found "the one" in Tate Donovan and another magazine announcing Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow's cancelled engagement). My favorite was a Rolling Stone with the Spice Girls on the cover. I showed my mom and she looked at it for a full minute before asking, "Which one is Posh? I can't tell?" She looked that different.
