Happy 17th birthday to mom-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears. Bet she didn't expect her birthday to go like this; or maybe she did! She and her fiance Casey went shopping at a Mississippi JCPenny last night for some birthday gifts.

Anne Hathaway's boyfriend of four years, Italian property developer Raffaelo Follieri, was arrested today for attempting to write a bad check for $250,000. Earlier this year he was ordered by a Washington, D.C. court to pay a public-relations firm for work they had done for him, and last year billionaire Ron Burkle sued him for allegedly squandering $1.3 million in business funds to support his extremely lavish lifestyle.
