NicRic, 26, and her Joel Madden, 28, welcomed daugher Harlow Winter Kate Madden today at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Their daughter weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz. Apparently, they have already checked out and headed home.

Also arriving last night was Luisa Danbi Grier-Kim, a daughter for David Alan Grier, and today Jacob Emerson Fishman, a son for Courtney Thorne Smith.

Congrats to all the parents and welcome to all the celebabies! DON will be writing about you soon enough!

Jessica Alba and fiance Cash Warren smiled for the cameras at Craft Steakhouse in Los Angeles. The event was sponsored by Glamour magazine and Jessica gave some comments about how happy she is to be pregnant and engaged.

"It's awesome. It's the best time ever. I have two movies coming out, a baby, a fiancé – everything."

How about the pregnancy? "I'm more tired, more hungry than normal. I hope [my dress] won't pop while I'm up here. And if it does, you're all women, and I think you'll understand it. [When you're pregnant], your breasts are engorged and your stomach is getting bigger. . . . And the ass, too, that's getting bigger by the second!"

Still working? "I don't know if anyone wants me in their movies [when I'm] six months pregnant. I'll get the fire and I'll want to work again, but right now it's a time to relax and sit back. I bought a new house a couple weeks ago. I'm in nesting phase."

Scott Baio recently revealed that his wife Renee Sloan was pregnant with twin daughters, but she miscarried one of them. He said, “She told me, ‘we’re having twins,’ and I went down on the floor. [Then one night] we were lying in bed and there was a problem so we rush to the hospital and the doctor looks at her and says, ‘I’m sorry, you’re miscarrying.’ Last year was a rough, very rough year.” Renee added, “I was on bed rest for nine weeks trying to keep the other baby, then we had her five weeks early. It was an emotional rollercoaster.”

Katie Holmes looked amazing - classy yet youthful, IMO - at last night's premiere of Mad Money. Her munchin hubby came along, of course. And I'm still not diggin' her Suri bob, but I'll take what I can get with her.

She was asked for a statement about Tom's ex, Nicole Kidman, and her pregnancy. Guess what? Katie thinks it is wonderful and she's so happy.

Apparently she's back in LA and hanging out at her Studio City home (I had no idea she had yet another home here in LA). Last night she took her assistant and headed to the drug store, but got a flat on the way home. She left her Mercedes by the side of the road and hitched a ride with the paparazzi. Her car was impounded later that night.

Meanwhile back in Lousiana, little sister Jamie Lynn was photographed carrying around a GED exam prep book. Looks like she's determined to finish high school one way or another.

Golden Globe Awards organizers are planning to not hold the formal ceremony and instead have a simple press conference to announce the winners on Sunday. This came after the Screen Actors Guild announced that its members would not cross picket lines by the Writers Guild of America. Think of all us poor bloggers who need to play fashion police! Think of all the celebs who've been starving themselves to look perfect! What about Golden Globe Girl Rumer Willis? The agony!
