Heather Locklear, 47, was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Montecito on Saturday. A driver called 911 after seeing a woman revving her engine in a parking lot, then driving back and forth over a pair of sunglasses. Eventually the car left the parking lot, but stopped on a nearby highway, where Heather left the car partially blocking the road. CHP arrested the actress and gave her sobriety tests due to her dazed state. Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but they believe she was under the influence of prescription medication.
Heather spent time up until 2 months ago at an Arizona treatment facility to help her cope with anxiety and depression.
