Kelly Osbourne cleans up nice in New York. She spent the day shopping before heading to dinner at Bar Pitti, followed by the Sephora anniversary party with BMX rider boyfriend Luke Worrall (who looks like Aaron Carter at 13 IMO).

if you look at Kelly's feet you can oooonly just make out her tattoo's but she doesnt appear to have tights on. strange...
