Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the creepiest mug shot ever!
Comedian Andy Dick was arrested early Tuesday outside a bar in Murrieta, CA (60 miles southeast of LA), on drug and sexual battery charges. He was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. According to police, "Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. Marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick's pants pockets." He was booked at 4:30 a.m. and later released on $5,000 bail.
