Hitched: Katie Heigl and Josh Kelley

Josh Kelley, 27, and Katherine Heigl, 29, tied the knot on December 23rd at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah. No photos were available at this time, but Heigl wore a custom-made, ivory silk faille off-the-shoulder Oscar de la Renta gown with cascading ruffle train and a silk faille hat with a veil.

The ceremony began at 4:30 and lasted just 30 minutes. Katie had previously said that there would be no celebrities present, but Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh, and her bridesman T.R. Knight were all present. More than 100 guests partied in a large tent which was lit with blue and purple lights, had silver chairs, and large white drapes everywhere.

Another Tim Burton Creation

Tim Burton is reportedly set to direct a film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, which will include both live action and animation. He said, "Alice is the first book I ever read to myself and I've never fallen out of love with it. The stories are like drugs for children, you know? It's like, 'Whoa, man.' The imagery, they've never quite nailed making it compelling as a full story. So I think it's an interesting challenge to direct."

Speaking of Burton, I got Big Fish for Christmas, which I totally love, and on Christmas Day, my family went to see Sweeney Todd, which is the opposite of a Christmas movie with all the blood and guts. I was cracking up watching my mom's reaction to throats being slit, bodies being dropped several flights on to the basement floor, and people being ground up and burned alive. Lovely!

Dunzo: Brendan Fraser and Wife

Brendan Fraser, 39, and his wife Afton, are divorcing after 9 years of marriage. Way to just miss that 10 year payout! The couple have three kids, Griffin, Holden, and Leland.

Seems Princess Buttercup is ready to move on. Sean Penn, 47, and wife Robin Wright Penn, 41, have confirmed they are divorcing after 11 years of marriage and two children, Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 16. The two have been together since the early 1990s and have worked together twice. They live in the Bay Area.

Off the Market: Jessica Alba

Sometimes when a relationship is having hard times, people step back and take things slow. Others get pregnant and engaged, as would be the route of Jessica Alba, 26, and Cash Warren, 28. Big House Bound: Mischa Barton

Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood at 2:46 a.m. Thursday a.m. for drunk driving. Mischa, 21, was driving between lanes and failed to signal a turn, leading to her arrest for a DUI and for being an unlicensed driver. How hard is getting a driver's license! She was released around 10 a.m. after posting the ten grand in bail. I assume she was given some nice duds to wear as a blouse-dress is probably not suitable in jail.

This may pose additional problems for Mischa as she is being paid to house the opening of the bar/restaurant Cathouse in Las Vegas this weekend.
