Last night I went out with my friend and her co-workers from the Ellen DeGeneres show to the Abbey, a notorious bar in West Hollywood. There I met Jai Rodriguez from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. He said I was pretty. Yay! Affirmation!

Spicy Virgin Air
Last night in Los Angeles, the Spice Girls debuted their private Virgin Airlines plane, Spice Force One. They later flew to London to celebrate the opening of the new Virgin terminal at Heathrow.
Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) was sporting crutches last after an onstage fall. From the clips I've seen, it doesn't look like the girls do all that much dancing in their concert anyway. I bet Posh pushed her.
The Great Debaters Premiere
Jennifer Hudson and Oprah Winfrey pose for photos at the premiere of The Great Debaters. The film, which is nominated for a Golden Globe, is based on the true story of a professor who inspired students to form his school's first debate team in 1935. Oprah produced and it stars Denzel Washington.

Writers Strike Carries On
With no end in site for the WGA strike, many stars are refusing to attend the Golden Globes as it would require crossing picket lines. So now on top of no new tv we get no award show glamour. Boo!
