Dirty Sexy Money star Samaire Armstrong, 26, has entered an "outpatient facility" for rehab last week. Her reps state this is due to "personal issues" but will continue to work on the show. Samaire is not a known partier and those who know her says she never does drugs and rarely drinks; the cause of her troubles seems to be eating disorders. Hope this didn't stem from getting into character as the troubled socialite Juliette Darling.

Another Brokeback?
Heath Ledger, 28, is currently in negotiations to reprise his role as Ennis Del Mar in the sequel to Brokeback Mountain. Not to ruin for anybody who still hasn't seen the flick, but obviously Jake Gyllenhaal won't be joining him in the sequel. Reportedly, the film "will follow the nasty process of being openly gay in 1963 Wyoming. Ennis will finally come out of the closet.”

Isla Fisher, 31, and her fiance Sasha Baron Cohen, 36, welcomed their first child today. No further information was released. Congrats!
Big House Bound: Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse and her husband were arrested yesterday in Norway for marijuana possession. The police raided her Radisson hotel room and found .25 ounces of marijuana. The couple paid a 500 euro ($714) fine.
Catching Amy Winehouse with .25 ounces of pot is like arresting Al Capone for tax evasion.

Doggie Woes
Ellen DeGeneres has had a long week. Ellen and her partner Portia had adopted a rescue dog named Iggy. Despite spending many hours and dollars on training the pup, things just didn't work out. Ellen gave the dog to her hairdresser and her family. The organization that adopted the dog to Ellen, Mutts & Moms, claimed the dog back as they had a policy that if the adoption doesn't work, the dog must be returned to the organization for re-housing. This type of contract is used by every rescue group I've ever worked with or made contact with and it is for the best interest of the dog. In this instance, it's becoming more of a circus as the hairdresser's children plead for their newly adopted dog to be allowed back with them. Because of the drama, Ellen has cancelled her show that was to air tomorrow.

Oops She Did it Again
Brit Brit has messed up once again and lost visitation rights for now with her sons. The court doc reads "[Spears's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending [her] compliance with court orders." Britney failed to provide her contact information so that she may be contacted for random drug testing. She will be back in court once again on October 26.
She wasn't very happy with the news and was really unhappy to see the paparazzi as she exited Sunset Tan. She said, "This is why I wanted cops here! I'm never coming here again!"
Mommy and Me: Victoria and Cruz
Posh grabs a bite (who are we kidding? She had a Diet Coke) with her baby boy Cruz, 2, at Mel's Diner in Los Angeles yesterday. Check out his shades - a mini-star in the making.
Mommy has even more money to throw around since she and her fellow Spice Girls inked a deal with Victoria's Secret to sell a 15-track album exclusively through the lingerie stores.
It's Almost Back
Zach Braff and Donald Faison, another set of co-stars who are very tight in their real lives, attended the premiere party for the 7th and final season of Scrubs in West Hollywood last night. John C. McGinley (aka Dr. Cox) spread the news that he and his wife are expecting a son next year.

DON's Deal
Well, the Oktoberfest party was a hit. I've never thrown a party that big or that elaborate, but everybody had a great time. I even filled in with a client's flip cup team and we dominated the entire tournament, obviously. I will post some pics when I get them from the photographer. And, to the one co-worker who I give access to DON, you suck at Beirut. Whitney would be so disappointed in you.

Jessica Alba zipped up and Ali Landry glammed up for Elle Magazine's 14th annual Women in Hollywood event last night.
Still On: Pink and Carey
Singer Pink and her husband Carey Hart cuddle up (despite many rumors that they had split) at PeTA President Ingrid Newkirk's book launch for Let's Have a Dog Party. The event featured dog-friendly cocktails, puppy piñatas, and competing in a Halloween howl-a-thon. Pink and Carey brought their dogs along for the fun. Pink has worked with PeTA before in raising awareness about the Australian wool industry.

Be still my heart, she's back! Lindsay Lohan was spotted exiting the Termezzo restaurant right here in Beverly Hills. I fully expect to be able to resume our daily WITWIL posts now that she has surfaced. My day just got a little brighter!
Big House Bound: Brit Brit
Brit Brit went through the booking process last night for her two driving-related misdemeanor charges at the Van Nuys Jail around 9:30 p.m. The process took about an hour, with Britney being cooperative and respectful, but wearing a very short black dress. She was accompanied by a friend and an attorney. The charges consisted of a hit-and-run causing property damage and driving without a valid California driver's license. Britney is due back in court next week for continued custody battles.
