Dakota, 13, and Elle Fanning, 9, have signed on to play Cameron Diaz's daughters in My Sister's Keeper. The story centers on a teenage girl with cancer who's younger sister files for medical emancipation from her family so she no longer has to undergo procedures to keep her older sister alive.
I mean, really, who else was going to play these roles?
