The Business of Divorce

On their youngest son's first birthday yesterday, Britney and Kevin spent the day in meetings with their attorneys. Britney is eager to end the custody case and have her name out of the papers with regard to her parenting techniques. Kevin is less ready to end this battle, as there are suspicions he is holding out for more money. He is currently receiving $20,000 a month in spousal support, but claims he has no "net income after business expenses." Business expenses?!? He used to live in an apartment with like 5 other guys. I think he can figure out how to manage on $240,000 a year.

Court papers show that Miss Spears (seen here after the meeting in Century City) earns $737,868 per month. Not surprised Kevin would like some more of that.
