Britney Spears has been ordered to undergo bi-weekly random drug testing and was declared a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances. Neither Britney nor Kevin Federline are allowed to consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances for at least 12 hours prior to being with their children. Britney is also required to meet with a "parenting coach" at least twice a week for a total of eight hours. Both parents must complete a program called "Parenting Without Conflict" and must attend joint co-parenting counseling, and neither parent may use corporal punishment or speak negatively about the other parent or their families.
