In and out of jail. Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan surrendered to Beverly Hills police and was booked on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run in connection with her May 26th car crash. She checked in with police around 4:15 and was released an hour later on $30,000 bail. Her court date has been set for August 24th in Beverly Hills.
