Just down the beach from LiLo's bash, Hilary Duff had a party of her own. Guests included sis Haylie, possible bf Brody Jenner, and club promoter Frankie Delgado who is seen giving Hil a lift. Doesn't Hilary look great now that she's put on a couple lbs of muscle?
