Kate Bosworth also attended the Whitney art party and she flawlessly pulled off what so many other pretty young things tried at the MTV Movie Awards. Wearing a bright, short and tight mini dress without looking trashy is no easy feat. I think this works because it's a non-offensive, girlie shade and looks like a Herve Lerger piece.
