Can you believe Mandy Moore is only 23? Here she is with friend Sophia Bush at Citizen Smith in Hollywood to debut her holiday collection for her clothing line Mblem. Mandy said the collection is "reflective of where I am in my life right now. I'm 23...so I'm a little bit more feminine and polished now."
