Spencer Pratt, 23, and Heidi Montag, 20, are engaged in what can only be described as a match made in Heaven. Spencer bought a diamond-encrusted platinum band with a pink stone in Brentwood on Monday and proposed last night at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara. They have been dating for 8 months.
Do you think they'll survive the engagement? She can't even legally toast her engagement!
