Move over, Jennifer Garner, there's another star mommy in town! Kate Moss spent a day in Malibu with her daughter Lila and her friend Kelly Osbourne. I actually think this is the best I've ever seen Kelly look, but that is not the point. It's that Kate loves surrounding her children with former/current drug addicts. Somebody should get the rights to this kid's life story...it will be worth something by the time she's 8.
