Brit Brit left rehab for the second time this week, heading over to her cousin's apartment in Culver City. She was flanked by two bodyguards and she spent about 20 minutes at the apartment, leaving with an Intution bag filled with clothes. She held up the bag for the photogs and seemed happy as she headed back to Promises for the night.
