TMZ claims that Brit Brit will be leaving rehab this week. Kevin reportedly visisted her on Sunday and they agreed to a 50/50 split of physical custody of their boys. Meanwhile, Lynn Spears and Jamie Lynn Spears have been at Kevin's house helping with the kids during Britney's recovery.
