Jessica Smith, 19, known for her role as the romantic pushover on Laguna Beach was arrested last night on San Diego Freeway I-5 after she crashed a 1999 Volkswagen Beetle into the back of a 2003 Acura MDX after she couldn't slow down in time. She was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after a crash and is being held at the Orange County Jail Women's Intake Release Center in lieu of $100,000 bail. She has an arraignment on Wednesday. Say hi to Jason Wahler!
