After 8 months of dating, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are still going strong. The couple spent New Years Eve together, where Vanessa had to host TRL's live show. At one point, Vanessa started to tear up and later said, "Everyone that is important in my life is here. I literally choked up. I'm just so happy." After the show, they hit up Marquee club and partied past 4 a.m.
