Britney Spears headed out last night looking pretty hot! Alright! Finally a point for Britney. She hit up a club in West Hollywood with, I presume, her dancers. As long as Paris is in NYC, Britney's flying solo.

Still On: Sandra and Jesse
Jesse James and Sandra Bullock went out to dinner at the Ivy in their Ferrari on Thursday night. The couple seriously cut the oddest pair, but normally seem really happy together. Here they just look annoyed. Here's a tip, don't go eating at the Ivy and driving around Beverly Hills in a Ferrari if you don't want to be photographed. That one was free, the next will cost you.
Where in the World is LiLo?

LiLo totes around her trusty water bottle as she leaves a club in Bev Hills. I hope she knows what she is doing because this little "sober" stint sure isn't going to last long.

Kelly's Got Back
Chez Brit Brit
Reportedly, Brit Brit just closed on this massive house in Beverly Hills (yay!) for $7.2 million. The real estate agent says Brit checked it out last week and brought along 7-8 bodyguards and dancer friends. She stayed for about 5 hours, said she wanted the house, and proceeded to get ready for a night on the town in one of the six bedrooms.
It is also being reported that Britney wants the house immediately, so the previous owners moved out and into a local hotel on Tuesday, but left much of their furniture behind because Britney bought it from them as well. The house is in the gated community of Summit Circle, just off Coldwater Canyon.

Little Help From My Friends
Britney Spears is getting a little support from Mary J. Blige. The singer recently made the following comments:
"I know that at some point in our lives we've had a situation like Britney's, meaning that we all were with someone we thought loved us and actually didn't. We make mistakes. I am looking at Britney as a human being just like myself. I messed up big time in my life. I love Britney and I send out all of my prayers and all great energy to her because she's young and she is going through it. She is going to get through. She is going to come out on the other side real nice I think."
How sweet is Mary J.? I feel guilty now for losing a bit of faith in my homegirl. Look, she's even back to booty jeans and cutoff tops. She'll be back to her old self soon enough.

Still On: Rachel and Ryan

Rachel McAdams (I will assume that HER hair is for a role) and Ryan Gosling attended the "Seeds of Tolerance" award ceremony at the Arclight theater in Hollywood last night, hosted by Al Gore. The event was made possible by Current and the Third Millennium Foundation, which invited aspiring filmmakers to compete against one another by producing five to 10-minute videos that focus on the struggle and consequences of intolerance. Six finalists were then selected from the contestants.Last night's grand prize winner received $100,000 cash, plus an additional $15,000 will be donated to the charity of their choice.
The progressive young couple have been rumored to be on the brink of marriage. They refuse to comment.

Christina Says No to Fur

Christina Aguilera contracted designer Roberto Cavalli to make her concert costumes, but is reportedly furious with him after learning he sent her a real fur after she explicitly told him she doesn't wear hairy carcass. Cavalli admitted that he sent her a stole made from real white fox fur, which she happened to wear during some of her performances in Europe. PETA learned of the situation and emailed Christina a vido showing foxes being killed by anal electrocution for their furs. She reponded saying she was "very upset" and "only ever wears fake fur." She replaced the stole with a fake one and is back in business.
Go Christina! Stand up for the little critters who can't protect themselves and up against the gross ones that think killing them for fashion is acceptable.
JT on SNL

I haven't caught much SNL this season, fearing a major decline in humor with the departure of so many key players, but I just might record Saturday night's episode with Justin Timberlake as host and musical guest. Justin is rumored to be bringing back "The Barry Gibb Show" sketch he originated with Jimmy Fallon (who would also make an appearance). They are also thinking of having him relive his skit as an omelet where he works for a local breakfast joint.
He will be performing "My Love" sans T.I. and "What Goes Around."

DON Shout Out

Congrats to one of my very "best friends from childhood" as she would say, Kelly Beth, who got engaged to her boyfriend Peter last week. I've known KBJ since I was 5, we went to college together and we literally travelled the world together as roommates on Semester at Sea. Happy times and best wishes to you both!
Soundbites: Matt Damon

Matt Damon on the flooding of his NYC apartment:
"I got the phone call that literally everything you own in the world is gone. Had it happened 6 months earlier, I would have been a mess. But I was sitting there with Isabella in my arms, and I didn't miss a step - I don't need anything else in the world."
How adorbs is that! What do you cherish?
The Party Continues

Oh geez. Britney attended a burlesque show the other night and felt the need to remove her top while at the club. She sported a bra, mini skirt, and feathered necklace thing.
Help! How is KFed, who has been making quiet statements and taking his daughter to Disneyland, coming off better than his wife in this split?

Looks like reports of Brit Brit partying at Paris' house in LA last night might be off by a day or two. Paris was dancing at Marquee in New York with Brandon Davis last night.
