Victoria Beckham claims she stays so thin by being really controlling over what she eats...and that doing so is not an eating disorder. She says, "I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing. I think there's a big difference between someone having an eating disorder and someone who is controlled about what they eat. There's a big difference, and every now and then of course I go out and eat what I like. But I do try to be quite disciplined in the way that I eat."
She also claims that she doesn't exercise at all. I guess I can give her some credit for not pulling that lame Hollywood routine (NicRic, Brittany Murphy) of claiming you are trying really hard to put on weight but are just naturally bone thin. But I can't say I see a huge difference between eating a tightly controlled diet of fish, vegetables, and fruit and having a compulsion with food. But what do I know, eh?
