Jennie Garth and husband Peter Facinelli welcomed their third daughter on Saturday at 6:30 a.m. Fiona Eve Facinelli weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 19 inches long. Her sisters are Luca Bella, 9, and Lola Ray, 3. Jennie, 34, and Peter, 32, have been married since 2001.
