Dougray Scott, 40, has proposed to his girlfriend of 10 months, Claire Forlani, 35. Dougray is currently on Desperate Housewives as a love interest for Teri Hatcher. Claire has a recurring role on CSI.
The rumor is that Dougray left his wife and kids for Claire. He has twins, a boy and a girl, who were born in 1998 and is best friends with Ethan Hawke, who probably helped him deal with the guilt of cheating on his wife.
