Attempted Suicide: Hayley Hasselhoff

According to TMZ, one of David Hasselhoff's daughters tried to commit suicide last night. It happened in the San Fernando Valley around 6:30 p.m. David call 911 from his home and reported that his 14-year-old daughter had "cut herself." LAPD responded and 14-year-old Hayley Hasselhoff was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Her condition is not being disclosed. The Mental Evaluation Unit of LAPD is now handling the case.

This comes during an extremely messy and public divorce between David and Pamela Bach. David has been accused of abusing his estranged wife and has been publicly intoxicated at a number of events this year.

UPDATE: Pamela claims that there was no attempted suicide--just a bad scratch from the family cat that cause Hayley to sob hysterically. She called David suggesting Hayley might need to see a psychologist due her her emotional outburst, to which David called 911 saying his daughter was cut and needed medical attention. David, meanwhile, carried about his plans and took a flight to a film festival without checking in on his daughter.
