Michelle Rodriguez is off to her second stint in prison after violating her probation. She'll spend 60 days in the slammer because her Hawaii DUI violated her probation for a previous California DUI.
In addition, she'll be forced to check into rehab, perform 30 days of community service, and now has extended probation until June 2009.
