Sean Preston fell when his nanny was lifting him from his high chair and hit his head on Saturday. SPF was checked out by a doctor, but several days later Brit Brit and KFed were worried about him so they took him to the hospital. He checked out fine, but their visit prompted a routine child welfare examination of their home. No police report was filed.
